Terms of Service for VocabGo

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VocabGo mobile application ("VocabGo", "the App", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

VocabGo is a vocabulary-learning app offering flashcards, games, and progress tracking. Some features are available free of charge (supported by ads); additional features are available through a Premium subscription.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the vocabulary words, sentences, and images you add to the App ("User Content"). By uploading User Content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it back to you as part of operating the App. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any image you add, and you agree not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates the rights of others.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• VocabGo Premium is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly), billed through your Apple App Store account.
• Payment is charged to your App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions.
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices may vary by region and are set by Apple's App Store.

5. Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the App or change devices, you can restore an active subscription using the "Restore Purchase" option in the App, which verifies your entitlement with the App Store.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the App; (c) upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content; or (d) attempt to circumvent the App's payment or subscription systems.

7. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VocabGo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
